No eggs, but still that same great french toast taste you know and love!

I’m not vegan or anything like that as you can tell if you follow Ashton’s and my blog at all, but we have recently had to adjust some of our eating habits to meet the obligations that come with an egg allergy. That’s right, Paxton, our 19 month-old boy has an egg allergy. Therefore, we don’t often make some of our favorite meals we used to make that contain egg.

The other day I had a solid hankering for some good french toast though, and wanted to make it for the boy as well. This being said I investigated egg substitutes and eggless french toast recipes and afterwards came up with this simple and yet amazing french toast recipe. It taste just like it does when I make it with eggs and it was incredibly easy! I found out the key is to switch out active yeast for the eggs and it will work with most french toast recipes! Here below is the one I messed around with after picking and choosing from some other recipes. Enjoy!
