I am OB-SESSED with these super duper easy sliders made with Hawaiian rolls. As evidenced by these Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders and (my personal favorite) these BBQ Chicken Sliders. YUM!

Easy Scrambled Eggs Breakfast Sliders

Scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese sandwiched inside a sweet, buttery Hawaiian roll. The only thing better than how these taste is how easy they are to make for a crowd!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (like King’s Hawaiian Rolls)
  • 12 eggs, scrambled with S&P
  • 6-8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12 pieces of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut the rolls in half horizontally, keeping them in a single layer. Place the bottom half into a baking dish.
  2. Layer on top of the rolls: the scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese slices. Place the top layer of the rolls on top.
  3. Whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and mustard. Brush mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 4-5 minutes until tops are lightly toasted. Serve immediately
