Healthy & Instant Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ice cream that just takes a few minutes and is good for you!

Healthy & Instant Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream
Spring is upon us and summer is right around the corner. That being said we can't have enough cooling and refreshing recipes in our arsenal to help us get through the heat. I honestly dread summer. I hate the heat and try to avoid it like the plague. I know many people differ with me on that aspect (especially my wife), but I look for any and all relief from the heat and when I say heat, I mean 80° and above.

So I am hot a good chunk of the year and I seek out solutions to cool me down. Whether that's investing in a cooling pillow, finding any sliver of shade available, swimming, enjoying a good lemonade, etc., I try to utilize them all.
This recipe is perfect for subsiding the effects of the heat and crazy easy and quick. This ice cream is also made up of a few healthy and simple ingredients. I love homemade ice cream but the time it takes to make it sometimes frustrates me. That's one reason I love this recipe. You throw those few ingredients into the food processor, blend for a little bit, and your ice cream is then ready for you.

This ice cream is creamy, smooth, and refreshining. Do yourself a favor this heat season and cool yourself down in a healthy way! Enjoy!
