These Turkey Burgers are a healthy and simple weeknight dinner idea!

These Turkey Burgers are a healthy and simple weeknight dinner idea!
We have some suuuuuuuper picky eaters in our family.
It’s humiliating, honestly. I dread the moments somebody besides me offers either of my children food. Especially when it’s snack food. Because that food isn’t even necessary. It’s not like it’s a meal or something– it’s just somebody going out of their way trying to give my kid a little extra treat.
And, invariably, my kids turn their noses up. The worst was probably when my daughter was loudly complaining about being hungry while we were at a friend’s house. The friend, of course (and much to my chagrin) began offering my daughter a variety of perfectly palatable snack options. Which, of course, my daughter declined.
Finally, my friend said, “how about tortilla chips? Everyone likes tortilla chips.”
My daughter wrinkles her nose and says, “well…. you got any soup? Because I only like tortilla chips with soup.” 😬
Anyway. We’re working on the manners bit.
In the meantime, how about a recipe that even my ridiculously picky eaters devour?? And it’s easy too! Baked turkey burgers are a huge hit with everyone in my family, and I love that they are so quick and easy to make.
I hope you enjoy these as much as we do!
