Weekly meal plans include 5 homemade dinner recipes and a dessert that are budget-friendly, easy-to-make, and fit into a busy weeknight schedule with nutrition information and printable grocery list.

Welcome to the FIRST Meal Plan Monday on Keat’s Eats! Each week, I’ll share with you a PRINTABLE meal plan and grocery list for a full week of dinners for a family of four. No gimmicks, self-promoting, or sponsored content here– this is literally the exact menu I’m planning for my own family each week. I want to make life a little bit easier on YOU, and I’m hoping to get myself a little more organized along the way as well.
The idea is that by January 2020, we’ll have a FULL YEAR of weekly meal plans and grocery lists accumulated that we can link to in one master post.

  1. First, pin this post so that you don’t lose the links to the recipes!
  2. Then look for the printable PDF (below the chalkboard menu) to print off, and put it up where the whole family can see it. That way, everyone knows what’s for dinner, and you don’t have to think twice about it.
  3. Last, print off the grocery list (it’s at the bottom). I’ve left lots of space for you to add any other groceries you need for the week in convenient, categorized spaces.

Enjoy! 🙌🏻

Monday: Burrito Bowls

These Burrito Bowls were a HUGE hit at our house. I served them with a side of tortilla chips, salsa, and lemonade. Click here for the recipe from Kraft Recipes (Photo: Kraft Recipes).

Tuesday: Tomato Braised Ribs

I’ll be serving this slow cooker recipe for Tomato Braised Ribs with a side of roasted potato wedges and warm-n-bake rolls from the freezer. Easy peasy for our busiest day of the week! Click here for the full recipe from Kraft Recipes (photo: Kraft Recipes).

Wednesday: Italian Baked Pasta

This Italian Baked Pasta is going to be a sure-fire crowd-pleaser in this house, 100%. I always put pasta in the smack-dab middle of the week. It’s a morale-booster for all of us! Get the full recipe for this Italian Baked Pasta on Kraft Recipes (photo: Kraft Recipes).

Friday: Croque Monsieurs

We’re making this French sandwich using my daughter’s monthly Radish Box! But I found this delicious looking version on Good Cheap Eats, and this is the recipe I would go with if we weren’t using the Radish Box. Get the recipe on Good Cheap Eats (photo: Good Cheap Eats).

Saturday: Pizza Night

Some weeks we order delivery for pizza night. But when we make our own, this BBQ Ranch Bacon Extreme Pizza is my favorite! Click here for the recipe.

Sunday: Belgian Waffles

We make a big pancake or waffle breakfast for dinner every Sunday, and my kids go nuts for it! This Belgian Waffle recipe is the one I’ve used and loved in our home for well over 10 years. We like to go ALL OUT and serve these waffles with strawberries, whipped cream, chocolate chips, chopped pecans, and real maple syrup. Click here for the recipe.

Family Night Dessert: Soft Batch M&M Cookies

Every Monday night is Family Night at our house, and we always have a dessert! This week: these Soft Batch M&M Cookies. Enjoy! Click here for the full recipe.
